CE Marking Accreditation

We are proud to be CE Marking Accredited: EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 – the manufacture (excluding welding) of structural work in steel and aluminium structures up to and including Execution Class 3.

Our Clients

We work extremely closely with our clients in the construction sector to ensure that we engineer each steel framework and part precisely to their needs. Almost every method of laser cutting is utilised in the construction sector, in particular flat bed, box section and folding methods. Every project is different and requires a great deal of planning. During the planning stage, our expert CAD Engineers work tirelessly to ensure that every element of the project is covered and all dimensions are correct before the manufacturing process begins.

We believe the key is to communicate and ensure our clients are 100% sure that what is provided is correct so that any possible errors are eradicated and we can get exactly what you need, when you need it! As we understand only too well that every single project is unique, we’d hate for our clients to feel limited in what they can request for their project.

Our Laser Cutting Services for Liverpool Football Club

In 2015, we were pleased to be working with footballing royalty, Liverpool football club to help manufacture steel parts for their Anfield stadium. For this project we were tasked with manufacturing the vomitory cappings, capping for Jurgen Klopp’s dug out, segregation walls and glazed canopy profiles.

The parts were manufactured at our Hixon manufacturing facility in Stafford, and the team of CAD Engineers and Laser Operators worked non-stop to make sure all was in order in time for the football season for Liverpool Football Club and their opponents!
